1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

5. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or wrong.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
